Rosa is our smallest cottage, sleeping up to four guests in two bedrooms, making it a great choice for couples, families or a small group of friends.
Alongside your cottage, you’ll have access to the woodland sauna and cold plunge, games room, woodland, laundry and drying facilities, all included in your stay.
A comfortable base for walking, cycling, golf, wild swimming, family adventures and exploring the Isle of Arran.

Rosa sleeps up to four guests in one king bedroom and one twin, with plenty of space for couples, families or friends.
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 4pm. Check-out by 10am.
Living & dining
The open-plan living and dining area has comfortable sofas and armchairs, garden views, a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The dining table seats six, giving you plenty of room for relaxed breakfasts and dinners.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes a double oven, four-ring hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, plus everyday essentials including dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and tea towels.
Bedrooms
One king bedroom and one twin room, both overlooking the garden and surrounding hills. High-quality bed linen and towels are included, and a travel cot can be provided on request.
Bathrooms
Rosa has a downstairs shower room and WC, plus a spacious upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Arran Aromatics hand soap is provided.
Outside
Glass doors open onto a decked patio with outdoor seating, barbecue and picnic table, with views across the garden and surrounding countryside.
Guests also have access to our private woodland, stream and waterfall, natural cold plunge and woodland sauna.
Outdoor kit and Drying room
Our dedicated laundry and drying room gives you somewhere practical for wet boots, waterproofs, biking kit and swimming gear, particularly useful when the Arran weather does its thing.
Games room
Pool, table tennis, table football and giant Connect 4 give kids and adults somewhere else to hang out, whether it’s a rainy afternoon or an evening back at the cottages.
Exploring Arran
Rosa is well placed for walking, cycling, golf, beaches, wild swimming and exploring the island, with Blackwaterfoot just a few minutes away
