Our stylish cottages on Arran offer all the comforts of home, with a touch of luxury. Each cottages has a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, fast WiFi and Arran Aromatics toiletries. Our laundry and drying room will come in handy for those embracing the Scottish outdoors on their holiday!
Spend time exploring our very own woodland and stream with plunge pool and our family games room provides onsite indoor activities for those (occasional!) rainy days. Our three dog-friendly cottages stand side by side, making them the perfect accommodation on Arran for group getaways.

Wood Fired Sauna
New for spring 2025 – our wood-fired sauna, tucked away in the woodland beside the stream. Unwind in the heat, then take a bracing dip in the cold plunge pool. The perfect way to relax and reset after a day of exploring Arran.

Self-catering
made easy
Our Arran cottages are fully equipped with everything you need to take the stress out of self catering. After all, holidays should be relaxing for everyone! You'll find a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, hob, oven and fridge/freezer. The large dining table provide the space to enjoy laid back meals with family or friends.
Beds fit for a King
(or Queen!)
Enjoy a lie in! Each Arran cottage has 1 sumptuous king size bed and either 2 or 4 single beds, all with high quality bed linen.
Pet Friendly
Dogs are welcome in all of our Arran accommodation! We generally accept 1 dog per cottage and as we surrounded by farmland and have free range chickens on the property we do ask that dogs must be on a lead. We take a £50 damage deposit which is fully refundable.
Mud glorious mud...or sand..or sweat...
No worries! We've got a free on site self service laundry with washing machines, tumble dryers and dehumidifier for drying wet outdoor kit. We even provide spare towels for dogs/bikes/paddleboards etc.
Outdoor living
Rustle up an outdoor feast and make the most of light summer nights with the BBQs and outdoor picnic tables in the gardens.
Games Room
Our games room provides the perfect space for a bit of wet weather entertainment. Competitive families can find out who the real winner is battling it our on the pool table, table tennis, table football and giant connect 4.
Eco-friendly
Where possible we use eco-friendly and refillable cleaning products and local suppliers. Our hand wash comes from Arran Sense of Scotland and we buy in bulk and refill the bottles to limit the number of plastic bottles going to landfill. We also provide refillable glass milk bottles for use during your stay which can be refilled with local Arran Milk at one of the milk vending machines on the island.
Family-friendly
We know how much STUFF you need to go somewhere outdoorsy with young kids! If you've no room left in the car we've got a spare double and single Out'n'about buggy and child carrrier backpack for guest use (please request when booking) The cottages are well equipped for little ones with cots, high chairs, step stools and plastic crockery all provided.
Parking
Off-road parking is available for 2 cars per cottage (although we can usually squeeze in more if needs be!)
